Yield: Makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth (preferably Antica Formula)
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions: In a large mixing glass with ice, combine the bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Stir for about 1 minute until the mixture is well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass, or serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

For aging: Store in an aging kit for up to two months.
