Sherry and Vermouth
Nothing beats the simplicity of a rich, nutty sherry paired with fruity white vermouth. Natasha David’s two-ingredient cocktail from Drink Lightly shines when served over a large ice cube.
Yield: Makes 1 drink
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces amontillado sherry
- 2 ounces white vermouth
- Lemon and orange twists for garnish
Instructions:
In a double rocks glass filled with large ice cubes, mix the sherry and vermouth. Stir well to combine and cool the ingredients. Garnish with lemon and orange twists for added flavor.
